The Four Freshmen are thrilled to introduce Jon Gaines! Jon will replace Curtis Calderon.  After 15 years with The Four Freshmen Curtis isn’t leaving the business, but will be found playing locally in San Antonio where he can remain close with family and avoid those airport lines! Curtis remains a friend of The Four Freshmen and will continue to be involved with the Freshmen in a behind the scenes capacity. Curtis is pleased with the selection of Jon.  Jon joins a long legacy of…

Hey folks, we had a nice summer, played at the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe in Michigan and then turned around and headed to the west coast to play the Newport Beach, CA jazz summer series.  We've got a convention coming up and a busy fall!  During the next few months we will be introducing a new page, with backstage pics, a podcast and some new audio from a live show or two.  We are also beginning to push for adding an educational component to all of our future concerts, as time allows.  We feel it's important to…Read more
